Introduction

Dr. Fung Lan Yong joined Jesselton College, Malaysia as lecturer since 2015. He received his Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale in 1991. From being a teacher in local high schools, to a program writer in the Ministry of Human Resource Malaysia, Dr. Yung has more than 30 years of academic experience and employment experience in the education industry.
